Tim Neptune
Founder
Tim Neptune is the founder of Leadership Outreach. His passion and personal mission is to be a catalyst for God’s agenda in the world. For over 25 years, Tim has been planting and pastoring churches in the United States. Over the years, Tim has served numerous churches and non-profit organizations by helping them to become strategically focused, culturally healthy and financially sound. Tim is also the founding pastor of Venture Church in Naples, Florida (venturenaples.com). Tim graduated from Liberty University in 1992 with a BS in Business Management. He is married to his wife, Karen, and together they have four children.
Fernando Facioli
Network Director & Trainer
Pastor Fernando Facioli serves as Director of the Leadership Outreach Network and the Missions Pastor at Venture Church Naples in Florida. He has devoted much of his ministry career to training church leaders and planting churches. He is driven by his passion for educating and coaching untrained pastors and ministry leaders in remote areas unserved by local seminaries. Fernando was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil. He and his wife Priscilla have been married since 2003 and moved to the United States in 2006. They have two children.
Roger Felipe
Director of Hispanic Network & Trainer
Roger Felipe was born in Cuba and, together with his family, came to the northern part of the United States in 1966 and relocating to South Florida in 1973. Pastor Felipe serves as pastor, teacher, and trainer at Venture Church in Naples, Florida and with the Spanish Ministry of Leadership Outreach. Having earned his M.A. in Religion from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and D.Min from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, his doctoral thesis was about “Ministering to Postmodern Hispanic Youth”. He is a professor of Theology, New Testament, and Practicums at several universities and seminaries in the United States. His passion is to study and teach the Bible (with an emphasis on the New Testament) and to deepen biblical theology, systematic theology, and apologetics while working with Leadership Outreach to equip the next generation of leaders and pastors to promote the multiplication of churches. He is married to Elaine, and has two daughters, a granddaughter, and two grandsons.
