Tim Neptune is the founder and CEO of Leadership Outreach. His passion and personal mission is to be a catalyst for God’s agenda in the world. For over 25 years, Tim has been planting and pastoring churches in the United States. Over the years, Tim has served numerous churches and non-profit organizations by helping them to become strategically focused, culturally healthy and financially sound. Tim is also the founding pastor of Venture Church in Naples, Florida (venturenaples.com). Tim graduated from Liberty University in 1992 with a BS in Business Management. He is married to his wife, Karen, and together they have four children.
Pastor Fernando Facioli serves as director of the Leadership Outreach Network and an honorary board member of Amazon Vision Ministries. He also serves as the Missions Pastor at Venture Church Naples, Florida. He has devoted much of his ministry career to training church leaders and planting churches. He is driven by his passion for educating and coaching untrained pastors and ministry leaders in remote areas not served by local seminaries. His current work is focused on developing church leaders in Portuguese speaking countries on the African continent and several states in Brazil, especially on the banks of the West Amazon Basin. Fernando was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil. He and his wife Priscilla have been married since 2003 and moved to the United States in 2006. They have two children, Samuel and Sarah Facioli.
Roger Felipe was born in Cuba and, together with his family, came to the northern part of the United States in 1966 and relocating to South Florida in 1973. Pastor Felipe serves as pastor, teacher, and trainer at Venture Church in Naples, Florida and with the Spanish Ministry of Leadership Outreach. Having earned his M.A. in Religion from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and D.Min from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, his doctoral thesis was about “Ministering to Postmodern Hispanic Youth”. He is a professor of Theology, New Testament, and Practicums at several universities and seminaries in the United States. His passion is to study and teach the Bible (with an emphasis on the New Testament) and to deepen biblical theology, systematic theology, and apologetics while working with Leadership Outreach to equip the next generation of leaders and pastors to promote the multiplication of churches. He is married to Elaine, and has two daughters and an eleven-year-old granddaughter.
Mary attended Omaha University where she majored in Business and Accounting. Before retiring, Mary served as the Administrative Vice President of the Lozier Corporation and as owner/operator of the Super Bee Orchard in Fort Calhoun, NE. Mary has served many nonprofit organizations as treasurer and comptroller. She resides in Marco Island, FL.
Eugene Mathews is the Managing Director of Cisco Systems Global Business Transformation Architecture Group within Advanced Collaboration Technologies, which is dedicated to the advancement of Emerging Customer Collaboration and Social Network solutions as the prime way to further the success of Cisco’s largest franchise customers. In the role, he is further accountable for Worldwide Sales of Cisco’s Customer Interaction Solutions portfolio and is an active member of the CIS Board responsible for incubation and introducing next-generation technologies.
Eugene has 30 years of experience in the software and communications industry, combining strong technical skills with extensive business experience in Financial Services, Retail, Service Provider and High Tech industries. He has held leadership positions in Sales, Technical Marketing and Solution Development at Rockwell, and AT&T where he developed the strategy that uniquely differentiated AT&T customer care solutions, leading to the #1 global and market leadership position.
Eugene has created new innovations, has authored and holds 41 key patents related to consumer experience and technology convergence platforms that have been fundamental to industry progress. As an innovator, he was recognized for significant sales and commercially successful patents and was named as one of AT&T’s “Top Innovators” by the head of Bell Laboratories, Dan Stanzione.
Eugene is based in Miami and resides in Marco Island, Florida with his wife and son.
Dan has worked with churches and non-profits since 1997. His experiences include serving on the executive leadership team of Life Action, a large non-profit that assists churches in growing a healthy, spiritually-alive culture; serving as a leader of mission advancement for an international mission agency, India Gospel League; pastoring for more than 15 years in Ohio, Michigan, and Florida; and teaching in scores of churches and conferences across North America. Dan also serves as managing editor for Revive Magazine, a publication that helps believers seek God and His kingdom. He and his wife Melissa have served as foster parents to more than 40 children and currently parent 10. Their passion is to see families, churches, and communities transformed by God’s power and love. Dan grew up in Ohio, earned his undergraduate degree from Moody Bible Institute and Master of Divinity in Pastoral Leadership from Liberty Theological Seminary. He is the author of Commissioned: How God is Changing Lives, Transforming Nations and Involving You (IGL: 2014), a book that explores the exponential church growth in South Asia. Jean has 30+ years of diverse global leadership experience in noteworthy organizations such as AT&T, Sears, Kanbay Inc. and Freeborders, Inc. Her leadership experience includes serving as CEO, head of Human Resources and many other general management roles. She has had responsibility for global organizations spanning the U.S., Europe and Asia. Her extensive travel has enabled her to appreciate and work effectively with different cultures and customs. Jean obtained her B.S. from Cardinal Stitch College and has been honored by the Chicago Business Ledger with the Influential Women in Business award. She has completed numerous executive development programs including The Aspen Institute, Change Leadership Certification, Advanced HR Executive program at the University of Michigan and Breakthrough Leadership- Noel Tichy. Jean’s greatest strengths are her leadership skills, enthusiasm, commitment, and track record of building high performing teams. Equally important, Jean enjoys a challenge, especially helping organizations and people achieve their potential. Jean lives in Marco Island, FL with her husband. She is involved in her church and several community organizations to foster education. When not working, Jean enjoys boating, golf, reading, along with sharing experiences with family and friends.
